Residential development facility sourced for Natta Homes

Peritus is pleased to announce the completion of a new development facility with Zorin Finance for its valued client, Natta Homes.

Hedger Gardens is an exclusive gated development of six detached four and five-bedroom properties in the Surrey village of Hindhead, situated between the larger towns of Farnham and Haslemere. Hindhead benefits from many acres of protected countryside, as an example, the Devil’s Punchbowl, owned by the National Trust, is a designated area of outstanding natural beauty. A small selection of shops and services, including the local primary school, can be found close by in Beacon Hill. 

Natta Homes was founded by John Whelan over 50 years ago with the aim of creating bespoke housing developments in and around the villages of Surrey and Hampshire. Natta Homes approached Peritus to finance the development of the six luxury homes at Hatherleigh on Tower Road, a short distance from the National Trust’s Golden Valley.  All six homes are designed for family living.

The high-end development boasts generous gardens to the rear of the properties which are turfed and landscaped. In addition, the front of the houses includes block paved driveways surrounded by planted front gardens and a gated entrance.

The gross development value of the six houses is £10m. Peritus secured a new development facility with Zorin Finance with a 21-month term at highly competitive pricing. The facility has been instigated and completed during the cost of living crisis however, both Natta Homes and Zorin Finance are confident in Natta Homes’ ability to deliver quality homes much sought after in the location.
