Bereavement announcement

Peritus Corporate Finance and Peritus Private Finance announce with deep regret that our founder and chief executive Darren Baker died suddenly and tragically on Tuesday 25th March 2025. 

All his colleagues and many friends are devastated by this sad news and our thoughts and prayers are with his loved ones at this incredibly sad and difficult time. 

Peritus Corporate Finance will continue to operate under the leadership of Steven Oliver and Peritus Private Finance will continue to operate under the leadership of Matt Davey.
